MINI OTDR FMM 1315  

Fiber Master Mini OTDR (FMM-1315) is a touch screen operational and intended for use on single mode and NZDS fiber optic systems for locating faults and irregularities on Optical Fiber Cable during Installation and subsequent maintenance. FMM1315 is "Real-time" operation equipment, during which it displays the current fiber trace and the current 2-point loss between two user selected points essentially used to measure Splice loss, connector loss and fiber attenuation, Reflectance of points, link optical return loss and distance to fiber events. It can also be used for estimating the length of O.F. Cable and attenuation attributed by the same.

Electronic Marker # Tracemark  
The premise behind Tracemark's working is amazingly simple - it is buried over key facilities of underground utility installations that might require future access. Subsequently, it is easily located using a Marker Locator (a compact and lightweight electronic device). The locator transmits a signal which the marker responds to Audio and visual indicators on the locator help determine the exact position of the marker. The marker can be buried up to a maximum depth of 8 feet (2.4 m).
colour coding and present frequencies for different utilities ensure instant identification even in congested areas with different buried utilities. There is no danger of finding another utility's markers, because Tracemark is tuned to a specific frequency for your utility and the locator is preset only to the frequency. Use of the locator and installation of marker requires only a few minutes of training.
